www.lietuvai1000.lt is a huge internet portal that represents the millenium of name of Lithuania. This is a very nice web site, with amazing web design. Yes, it’s worth every cent of spent more than 40000 Euros (150000 Lt) on it. Or isn’t? For how much would you create such superb web site?

The owners of this site claim they have ordered a new web site worth a couple hundred thousand lits which will be launched in the end of February 2009. Let’s wait to see what a piece of art will be it.

www.culturelive.lt is another great web site that represents “Vilnius – European Capital of Culture 2009″. It has used a very similar text module (TinyMCE or FCKeditor) like in “www.lietuvai1000.lt” just somebody bought a much better design for 18000 Euros. So this amazing web project is made for about 58000 Euros (200000 Lt). Or is this site temporary as well?
